Legendary Lashes Mascara – though this mascara is more expensive than I’d prefer to spend on a mascara, there’s no denying that it WORKS. The ingredients in this mascara work to strengthen your lashes and encourage growth.

Charlotte Tilbury has a short tutorial video on YouTube which shows you three different ways to apply this mascara for long, full, thick lashes, and it definitely lives up to those claims! The staying power of this mascara is also very decent, however, it’s a super-wet formula, so it’s likely to get onto your lid if you aren’t careful while applying it.

A lot of people have also experienced smudging with this mascara, so you might want to test it out first before you buy it to see if the formula works for you.

Full Fat Lashes Mascara – while it sounds like a contradiction to say that this mascara gives a false lash effect and a really soft, natural effect at the same time, I really can’t think of another way to describe this mascara. The Charlotte Tilbury website claims that this mascara has 5 functions: ‘Curls, separates, volumizes, lengthens, and dramatizes’ – and it truly does.

Due to the fact that this mascara completely separates the lashes with no clumping, because of its unique wand, it lends itself to a fluttery, natural effect with such fantastic length and volume that you won’t even need false lashes – which is precisely what I look for in a mascara.

It also feels soft on the lashes and is not too difficult to remove. It does flake quite a bit, which is disappointing, especially considering the price and that it is marketed as a high-end product (which it is), but I still think the pros far outweigh the one con for this mascara.

Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream is a moisturizer which contains ingredients that are healthy for your skin, has anti-ageing properties and also contains SPF 15.

The downside is that while the jar with the rose gold lid that the cream is packaged in is certainly beautiful, its health benefits eventually diminish with time due to exposure to oxygen, which many people are not happy about. But, if you are not looking for a moisturizer with those added health benefits, then this won’t concern you.

Magic Cream works best on dry or normal skin. I personally have dry skin, and although the website does not specify which skin type it is most suited to, I have seen people with oily or combination skin complaining about breakouts from this cream.

It does have a dewy finish, which, while it works great to hydrate dry skin, might not be the best option for oily skin, especially for those who are prone to acne or breakouts. If you do not have dry or normal skin, I would recommend that you test this out first before buying the jar, since it is quite a significant purchase.

Magic Cream is very hydrating and super easy to apply. A little goes a long way, so although it’s expensive for a moisturiser, it will take you time to get through. If you have dry skin, it’ll do wonders for you, and while it’s probably a little too pricey, you’ll be able to understand the $92 price tag after trying it.
