First off, you can’t go wrong with any sort of L’Oréal HiColor HiLights product – in my experience, and after hearing from friends with different hair colors who have used different versions of the product, all of the colors are quality-assured. With that being said, for the purposes of this review, we will be focusing on the “Red” version of the hair color treatment.

L’Oréal’s breakthrough HiColor products are capable of lifting hair by three-to-four levels without any sort of pre-lightening treatment, and boy are these results startlingly effective. In just thirty quick minutes, you’ll have the shade of hair you want without the hassle of having to go to the beauty salon or the cost of big-money hair treatment. In my experience, the HiColor holds well and resists fading with impressive resolve, ensuring that your treatment will remain effective for days after its initial application.

Also, let me just say that I’ve tried my fair share of out-of-the-box highlighting treatments, and none are as easy to use as HiColor! It won’t stain your skin and it won’t smell up your hair – all it will do is what is promised, it will highlight your hair.

2. L’Oréal Paris Feria Multi-Faceted Shimmering Color Hair Treatment Review

The L’Oréal Feria is the fire to L’Oréal HiColor’s ice. Offering over thirty different bold and exciting colors and shades, there is no shortage of possibilities in terms of coloring your hair with Feria – whether you’re going for bold, subtle, or traditional, L’Oréal is sure to have an option which works for you. I should know – I’ve used Feria for everything from subtle shading of my hair, to a full on Halloween-intense deep auburn when I was feeling daring.

What really makes Feria colors pop is the shimmer effect which the coloring provides. Offering 3x highlights, Feria conditioner is designed to provide bold shades and even hydrates and conditions your hair in order to ensure that after using Feria, you’re good to go!

Ultimately, my recommendation in terms of L’Oréal hair coloring would be to turn to HiColor if you’re going for standard, regular treatments and Feria if you want to try something new and exciting. Again, this really comes down to personal preferences, so try both to find out which you’d prefer!

3. L’Oréal True Match Foundation Review

Cosmetics may be one of the most recent brand developments by L’Oréal, but boy do the folks at L’Oréal cosmetics have their makeup game on point! Case in point: L’Oréal True Match Powder Foundation. Offering coverage in over thirty different tones, L’Oréal’s flagship foundation is formulated with pearl pigments in order to enhance skin tone for a smooth, natural look. This also makes for a highly versatile product: True Match can be used for blot shine, blended with other L’Oréal products, or built upon for further skin coverage.

L’Oréal suggests blending and coordinating True Match powder with True Match Blush and Concealer, and I couldn’t agree more with this recommendation – I’ve tried these products in conjunction with one another, and it makes for as high of a quality makeup treatment as you’ll find in over-the-counter products.

While we’re on the subject of L’Oréal makeup, let’s talk about another one of my favorites that has made itself a fixture of my daily routine: L’Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup. L’Oréal also clearly has skin tone matching in mind as well – with over 50 different colors offered, there is truly something for everyone with True Match Super Blendable.

As someone who has dealt with her fair share of makeup and skin care products, I can state above all else that this is one of the best products you will ever find in terms of value. I’ve used products that cost multiples of what True Match Super Blendable does which provide a fraction of the benefit – this is one product that is worth every penny.

5. L’Oréal Lash Serum Review

The L’Oreal Lash Serum is a pretty recent addition to L’Oreal’s skincare cum haircare products. Getting lash length without the need for L’oreal’s Telescopic mascara (more on that lifesaver in another review) is something that we’re all looking for these days. Whether it’s with lash extensions, lifts, or a lash serum, the possibilities alone prove that it’s a rising trend.

This particular L’Oreal Lash Serum is an ideal addition to your lash routine without breaking the bank in the process. It contains a hyaluronic acid  lash caring complex to plump and lengthen your lashes from the root for naturally longer lashes. I have to say that if you’re looking for a natural DIY castor oil can do wonders for lash and brow growth, but for a quick-fix all-in-one, L’Oreal’s Lash Serum tops the list. Get yours here.

6. L’Oréal Infallible Pro Gloss Review

Jumping back into the L’Oréal makeup category, let’s take a look at my absolute favorite lip gloss available from any cosmetics provider: L’Oréal Infallible Pro Gloss. In my experience, there are four distinctive qualities, or needs, that women most primarily look for their lip gloss to satisfy: color, shine, hydration, and hold. Well, regarding color, there are 20 different L’Oréal Infallible options in the lip gloss category – check.

L’Oréal infallible offers both glossy and matte options for consumers – check. The patented formula ensures that the gloss keeps lips soft, smooth, and properly hydrated – check. It’s funny, people spend so much time discussing the plethora of options offered by L’Oréal in terms of hair coloring, but it seems like the subject of hair color removal almost never comes up! Well, it’s an important enough subject for ‘hair colorers’ that it warrants discussion – an unfortunate byproduct of hair coloring seems to be frequent buyers remorse, or dyers remorse if you will! (I’ll show myself out).
